01.How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 2 pm ship the same day. Most cities receive them in 2–4 working days, tracked end to end.

02.Can I return headphones after opening them?

Yes — within 10 days of delivery, in the original box. We send a pickup and refund to your original payment method.

03.How do I pair with two devices at once?

Hold the power button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode, connect the first device, then repeat for the second. Multipoint does the rest.

04.What does the warranty cover?

One year against manufacturing defects on every product, extendable to two years when you register it online.

05.Do you offer bulk pricing for offices?

Yes. Orders of 10 units or more get tiered pricing and a GST invoice — send us the model and quantity.
